QUESTION #4: The City of Arvada's Comprehensive Plan, adopted in 2014, articulates the community's shared vision and values. The goals and policies outlined in the Comprehensive Plan guide commercial and residential development within the city and the W. 64th Sub-Area Plan will assist in implementing these goals and policies.

The Comprehensive Plan establishes the City's future commercial and residential land use with the "Future Land Use Map." The future land uses currently established for Study Area 2 are for Suburban Residential and Medium Density Residential development. The City is considering adding the opportunity for High Density Residential development to the area.
